By proceeding with an online Wedding, Event or School Formal Booking the clients agrees to the following:


  • Wedding bookings require a minimum of fourteen days notice. Booking request that are received within less than 14 days of the wedding date, will be subject to Little Love Co availability. 
  • Weddings that occur on a Sunday, Public Holiday or day immediately after, attract a 25% surcharge.
  • Wedding package prices and included items are fixed; alterations to included items are not permitted however, additions can be made.
  • Stock/flowers are subject to availability through Little Love Co. selected wholesale companies at the time of your wedding.
  • Due to seasonal fluctuations, Little Love Co make no guarantee on specific floral requests. 
  • Your wedding flowers will be arranged using a selection of seasonal produce available at the time of the wedding.   
  • LLCo. reserves the right to alter package content and pricing at any time. Existing bookings will be honoured.
  • Cancellations requests must be received in writing 
  • Postponement requests must be received in writing.
  • Postponement requests are subject to Little Love Co availability
  • Any change to package or booking costs as a result of postponement will be at the discretion of Little Love Co Management.
  • A full refund minus 30% (administration fee) will be provided should cancellation notification be received 30 days prior to the wedding date. 
  • The client will be liable for all wholesale costs and wages associated with their wedding if cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to the wedding date.
  • No refund will be issued for cancellations received up to 7 days prior to the wedding date.
